ok so for all you techies out there, or people that love have the latest techie things… lets make this the official Windows Vista post.
I purchased Windows Vista Home Premium edition last Tuesday Jan 30th, 2007. Its been 1 week now since i’ve had it on my system and I must say I am loving it every day more and more 
I upgraded my computer from Windows XP Pro. The upgrade was simple and straight forward. It took about 2 hours for the entire upgrade. I have a 80G and a 40G hard drive, and a Pentium 4 3.0GhZ - 1.5G ram - 32 bit computer. I am SURE it runs super smooth on any Dual Core machines…
It runs super smooth on my 32 bit machine though quite surprisingly. Of the TONS of software that I have on my computer, only 2 software and my video card software needed an upgrade for vista. the rest of the software that I have seem to be running smooth. I have Windows Office 2003, Adobe products (PhotoShop CS2), Macromedia Products (Dreamweaver MX), etc.

You didn’t convince me. I’ll keep my Ubuntu which outperforms this os on every level.

this is so old. i actually already ‘down graded’ by PC to Windows XP Pro since Vista just sucked on my machine.
