Not sure if you’ve seen this website yet… i came across it a few months ago, but didnt start using it until a few days ago when i needed to access my IM system while on the go and it wasnt installed at the PC i was using…
in any case, i am talking about MEEBO. It’s a ‘web 2.0′ online app that allows you to connect to ALL the major IM’s like: AIM, Yahoo Messenger, ICQ, etc. ALL WHILE ONLY CONNECTED TO THE INTERNET THROUGH A BROWSER!
Now I am hooked on Meebo the same way I discovered Skype 3 or so years ago already 
so go ahead and go to: http://www.meebo.com and try it out instantly with your IM accounts. Then go ahead and create you own actual ‘meebo’ account and you’re able to place a ‘widget’ like I have on this site for you to directly communicate with your visitors!
